A good share of the patients who come to our Alicante clinic arrive with a discouraging verdict already in hand: too little bone, a denture that never fitted, implants that failed, a rehabilitation that has to be done again. That is the kind of case we work best on.
The method does not change: measure first. CT scan, intraoral scan and the whole plan drawn up before anything is decided. If the bone will not take an implant, it is rebuilt or another anchorage is found. And if the case does not need surgery at all, we say that too.
On the prosthetic side we work mostly in monolithic zirconia: a single milled piece, with no porcelain layered over a framework. That removes the commonest long-term failure — chipping — and allows a very precise fit.

01 What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 19:00 and Friday 10:00 to 14:00. Outside those hours leave us the form and we will call you on the next working day.
02 Where do I park if I drive in?
There is a paid public car park on Avenida de la Estación itself, at the door. If you would rather not drive, Plaza de los Luceros is one of the city’s main interchanges: the TRAM and several bus routes stop less than a minute away on foot.
03 Another clinic told me I do not have enough bone for implants. Is anything possible?
In most cases, yes. A shortage of bone stopped being an absolute contraindication decades ago: there is regeneration, sinus lifting and, for extreme situations, alternative anchorage. What is needed first is a CT scan to see exactly what bone is left. Bringing a previous diagnosis or X-rays shortens that first visit considerably.
04 What is monolithic zirconia and why do you use it?
It is a prosthesis milled from a single block of zirconia, with no layer of porcelain covering an inner framework. With no covering layer, the commonest long-term failure — that porcelain chipping — disappears. It also fits very precisely, because it is machined straight from the digital design.
